Very fun. Very cool. Vintage Arcofalc "Dribbling" table football is for true passionate football / soccer fans. Made in the 70's, this mechanical game was produce in Italy by Arcofalc. You can play it ... or you could mount it on the wall as a great piece of football / soccer art!
Game is used - but fully functional.
Included two extra sets of players and 5 additional magnetic balls.
Measures 41" x 22".
Game consists of spring loaded plastic player figures. Game features a magnetic ball along with a unique playing field containing a series of 20 magnetic spots. The field itself is cleverly designed so the ball will always randomly roll to one of the 20 strategically positioned magnetic spots (located just in front of each player figure's kicking leg). Kicking the ball is accomplished by depressing one of the six buttons located at each end of the game behind the goalie. Note, the number(s) on each button directly correspond to the team player wearing that particular number on his jersey. When a button is depressed, it moves that particular corresponding player figure(s) forward while at the same time drawing back their spring loaded kicking leg. Upon full depression of the button, the kicking leg is suddenly released thus kicking the ball (quite fast) toward the opposing goal. Each goalie can be maneuvered from side to side to fully cover the goal by means of a lever located just behind the goal and in the center of the series of six buttons.
This piece would be a great addition to any soccer fan's collection - and can serve as a fun game or become an incredible piece of wall art. The game is fully functional.
Please note that this is NOT FOR CHILDREN. Given its age, the plastic can be brittle and most likely won't hold up to much abuse. In addition - the ball looks like it would be a choking hazard.
