There is a nonrefundable cleaning fee up to $75-125, depending on length of stay.

Refundable Hold/Deposit charge $200. Addt. $5 nightly Fee for 2nd person.

Hotel fees are added to any reservation under 28 night stay, per Oregon law.~ 11% addt.
*** We keep up to 48 hrs empty between guests stays. We clean top to bottom & wash all bedding & linens every time between guests. Mattress, box spring & pillows have zippered protectors on them all. You do not share this space with anyone!
