* Experience installing residential replacement windows
* Knowledge using the AAMA method of installation
* Have reliable transportation/valid driver's license
* Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions
* Work efficiently with crew members
* Dependable
* General carpentry knowledge (hand tools, saws, measuring)
* Need attention to detail and do quality workmanship
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Residential work in the Portland Metro area Monday through Friday
* Paid holidays and vacation time
