Successfully coordinates and manages onsite activities, scheduling, QA/QC, project safety and client satisfaction of assigned construction projects.
As a Superintendent you will work as a team member with experienced Project Managers for the successful completion of projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (Equivalent education and/or experience is considered) and 5 years of proven leadership or supervisory role in construction.
Commercial Construction experience required
A depth of knowledge and experience with various construction means and methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.
Strong computer skills, proficiency using Microsoft office products.
Able to climb ladders and walk jobsites
