The fabric on the canopy will eventually need to be replaced. Curtis trailers estimated that it would cost around $2000 for replacing the fabric. I'm sure it could be done for less. Other than that, there is no issue with this trailer. It really is in fantastic condition. No odors. No smoking. Very light use. It would be a great place to call home if you want to live in it full time. You're going to need a heavy duty 3/4-ton or 1-ton truck to tow it.
