Manufacturer Heartland, Model Mallard P16SRD, 22ft overall length, Low usage, low mile, travel trailer. Non smoker / no pets. Built 6/21, purchased 2/22. GVWR 4934 lbs. This model has “Rare” rear dining table (excellent for viewing lakes, rivers and mountains in back-in camp sites). Sleeps 3 comfortably, Frig (gas or electric) and microwave. Stove top with two burners, no oven. Full bath with good size shower. Queen bed in front with updated mattress. Mounted TV with antenna and remote. Gas or electric hot water. roof A/C, 30 amp plug and power-cord, potable water line. WIFI Capable with roof mounted unit, will need service plan to activate. Solar panel on roof. Battery mounted on tongue in battery box. Rear ladder for roof access (never used). Spare tire mounted on rear above rear bumper. Power awning (Black) with LED lights under awning. Two LED lights on front, 4 corner mounted stabilizing jacks, electric jack at hitch with manual override capability. 2 5/16” ball receiver hitch. Two Propane tanks with plastic cover. Full length compartment up front with access from both sides. Small outside metal cook table that attaches to heavy metal fender for outside cooking with gas and electrical plug next to fender. Has outside lights and stereo speakers. Trailer is designed to go off-road, has never been off-road. Tows extremely well, recent inspection and paperwork from Camping World RV in Hillsboro, OR on 1/26/2026. I have all paperwork on appliances, solar panel, WiFi, etc from when trailer was purchased new. Google search values this trailer from high use and poor condition($8500) to low use and excellent ($19,235). Trailer new was $28,995.00
