I have a cozy, comfortable, well appointed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Sheridan.
I'm seeking a housemate to share this space with.
There is one bedroom up for rent. It's very sunny and south facing. It's currently furnished but can be unfurnished. It has a TV, full sized bed, vanity, and large closet.
There is a detached bathroom which would be all yours, I have my own.
It has a large shower (no tub).
The house has a large fenced backyard (if you have a dog that's okay as long as they get along with mine) with a separate chicken run and coop, and a covered patio.
In the front yard I have 6 large raised beds for gardening, and 3 off street parking spaces, one would be yours.
The house is humble. Living room with large sectional, fireplace, dining room, big kitchen, laundry room. It's cozy so we've got to be comfortable around each other and it's important we clean up after ourselves routinely.

About me:
I'm a single gal in my early 30's who has two high energy Border Collie mixes and 8 chickens. I run my own business with a partner in McMinnville. I work mostly nights.
I'm tidy and organized, but kind of old school. I like antiques and old things.
I cook, craft, garden, read, play video games, hike, swim, go to the gym, camping in the summer and I practice divination. Someone who shares some of these interests would be amazing!
