We may test to compare the power of harmonizing with qi to using physical strength alone in all kinds of tests of stability.
When we learn and use qi principles we can make use of a much larger potential normally hidden to us.
Qi class will focus on techniques and practices for qi development including testing, breathing, and meditation.
Qi training leads to many physical and mental benefits including improved mental focus, attention, greater harmony in motion and most importantly, a feeling of well-being. Another fun and fascinating part for me is discovering things one can do that could not be otherwise without unifying mind and body.
