We are looking for a dishwasher to join our restaurant!
Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading machine and stacking washed items appropriately. Kitchen help includes some prep work and various other tasks.
The hours available are Wednesday-Sunday 10am-4pm).
Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
Load and unload dish washing machine
Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
Wash various pots, pans, filters and bowls
Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
Remove garbage regularly and break down recycling
Sanitize the kitchen area-including the floor and workstation
Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
Time management skills
Attention to detail and sanitation rules (must have or be able to get your Oregon Food Handlers Card)
Hours: average 30 per week
