We are hiring a Back of House Rockstar for a line cook position with benefits to bring together a talented and dynamic group of individuals working together to provide an amazing guest experience. The Line Cook is part of the team responsible for preparing and producing food that meets or exceeds Domaine Serene’s standards in speed, sanitation, cleanliness, and deliciousness. This will be done by following the standardized recipes and instructions from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. The Line Cook will assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with inventory management and quality control. The Line Cook will execute recipes for both daily service and special events as directed by Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef, ensure preparation within established time frames, communicate with the whole Hospitality team to guarantee smooth and successful service, and actively lead BOH cleanliness and sanitation.
