We're a well-established family owned flooring company in Newberg, Oregon, specializing in premium carpet installations for homes and businesses across Yamhill County and the Westside Portland area. We focus on quality work, repeat customers, and a supportive crew environment.
Bonus if you are proficient in laminate & LVP installations.
We're Hiring: Skilled Carpet Installer (5+ Years Experience Required)
Responsibilities
Expert carpet installation: measuring, cutting, seaming, stretching, power-stretching, stair work, transitions, and subfloor prep
Old carpet/flooring removal and site cleanup
Work independently or with a small team on residential and light commercial jobs
Deliver clean, professional results with minimal supervision
Counter, bathroom, and kitchen tear outs
Requirements
5+ years proven experience in professional carpet installation (references and photos of recent work required)
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Own basic tools (we supply specialty equipment and materials)
Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in craftsmanship
Drug-free, able to pass background check
Local to Newberg/Portland area preferred for quick response
