Fairly easy, I am looking for a room to rent for on either a fixed lease (six months or one year) or a month to month situation works as well, starting in April. I am 34, work full time doing security for Chemeketa Community College in McMinnville as well as Doordash on the side. I have a clean rental history (no evictions,) very clean, responsible and respectful. I come with one dog, who is very well behaved and loves other people, and don't have any desire to throw a party at the house (but will join in on yours if invited.)
